Shoalhaven Libraries Competitions


Let's celebrate Children's Book Week 2022! Join the celebrations by participating in one of our Book Week 2022 Competitions and you could win a prize.

The theme this year is: Dreaming with Eyes Open. Competitions are open to all participants in Preschool, Infants, Primary and High School: aged 3 to 18 years. 

 

  • Preschool: If you love colouring enter the colouring-in competition! Let your creativity flow!

 

  • Infants - Primary School (K-2): Be inspired by the theme 'Dreaming with eyes open' and enter the Drawing competition. Draw your dream in the cloud and give your picture a title.

 

  • Primary School (Years 3-6): Read one of the Book Week books (current or past years) and write a book review.  Be descriptive and honest.

 

  • High School (Years 7-12): Get creative and make an artwork showing your perfect daydream location. It can be a photo, collage or short video / animation of your daydream location. Download the PDF below or enter here: https://bit.ly/SLBookWeek2022

     

The competitions are only open to Shoalhaven residents and run from 18 July to 19 August 2022. Winners announced 26 August 2022.
