Home Library Services

Do you know someone who is permanently or temporarily housebound? We offer a monthly home delivery service to Shoalhaven residents who can’t visit the library due to health, age or other incapacity. We offer a wide range of library items including:

  • Fiction books in normal and large print including: Australian, fantasy, historical, light mysteries, literary/general fiction, romance, science fiction, short stories, thrillers, war stories and westerns.
  • Nonfiction books including: art, biography, craft / hobbies, gardening, history, literature, nature, science, sport, travel and war.
  • Audiobooks in both fiction and non-fiction.
  • Music CDs: classical, rock, popular, world, jazz, and country.
  • DVDs: movies, TV series, cooking, documentaries, music and more.
  • Magazines: art, cooking, health, hobbies, travel, current affairs, lifestyle, science and more.

 

How do I join?

Home Library members will need to complete a form. The form is available online or at any of our branches. Once you and your doctor have completed the form, drop it into your local library.
