Anyone who currently helps seniors with technology — or would like to start!

This includes:

• Aged care workers
• Librarians
• Community workers
• IT professionals
• Anyone who supports friends or family with their digital devices

About the Training

Trainees need to complete a total of seven hours of training.
This can be a mix of:

• Face‑to‑face or online lessons
• Hands‑on practice at our drop‑in sessions

Training is free, and all successful participants will receive a certificate.

No prior experience is required.
