Shoalhaven Libraries offers a range of services to help you with technology. Whether you want to learn something new, or quickly resolve a problem, we can help!

Nowra High School students are at Nowra Library Tuesdays from noon until 1pm to help Seniors with their Tech questions. Bring your device and your questions. Phone 4429 3705 for details. Starts March 20.
 
 

Tech Tuesday

Come into Nowra Library on a Tuesday if you have a computer question or need help with your device, including smartphones and tablets. Sessions last a maximum of ten minutes and are run by our friendly volunteer staff. These sessions are on a drop in basis only and cannot be booked.

One on One Tutorials

A one hour training session with library staff is available on request. Sessions can include introductory or advanced internet and technology training covering email, tablets, social media and more. See library staff for further details. Please note Fees Apply for one on one tutorials.

The Computer School

Learn how to use PCs, tablets, smart phones: Apple, Windows, Android: email, Facebook, Twitter, MS Office, Skype, blogs and much more. Easy step by step tutorials for absolute beginners and more advanced users. Please visit our databases page to log in.

Shoalhaven Community College

Shoalhaven Community College offers FREE Tech Savvy Seniors classes, including Introduction to Computers, Introduction to iPads and iPhones, Introduction to Android Tablets and Smartphones. Limited places so book early.

They also offer drop-in computer help sessions called Silver Fox Computer Help. These sessions are a place for seniors to get help with computer software, programs, phone, tablet or other device.  There is a small fee.
