Our friends at the Shoalhaven Regional Art Gallery are holding an exciting exhibition by renowned artist and author Jeannie Baker, celebrating her book Desert Jungle.
We were so excited, we decided to hold an art competition!
Children aged 3-12 years are invited to create a collage of their own desert jungle, inspired by Jeanie Baker's unique style such as utilising natural materials in the collage. Visit the exhibition at Shoalhaven Regional Gallery for inspiration!
The winner will receive a copy of one of Jeannie's beloved picture books.

Artworks and completed competition forms must be received at Nowra, Ulladulla or Sanctuary Point Library branches by 5pm, Friday 26th April 2024 and the winner announced on Monday 6th May 2024.
Conditions of entry: All entries must be your own work and clearly marked with your name and age. You must be a Shoalhaven Libraries Junior Member and your entry will need to have a parent/guardian signature. If you are not yet a member of the library, please join online.
