My child is already a library member. Can we still get a pack?
Yes! If your child is aged 0–5 and joined in 2026, you are eligible for a pack. Just ask at your local library branch.

I joined online. Do I still get a pack?
Absolutely. Book packs are available for all junior members aged 0–5. If you joined online, simply visit your local branch to collect your library card and your free pack.

Do I need to bring anything to collect the pack?
Just bring your child’s library card, or some ID so staff can locate your membership.

Can I collect the pack from any Shoalhaven library branch?
Yes, packs are available at all Shoalhaven Libraries branches while stocks last.

Is there a limit of one pack per child?
Yes, each eligible child can receive one Building Brighter Babies pack.

What ages are the packs suitable for?
The packs are designed for children aged 0–5 years, with books and resources appropriate for early learning and development.

Do I need to book or reserve a pack?
No booking is required, just visit your local library and ask our friendly staff.

What if packs are out of stock?
Packs are available while supplies last. If your branch has run out, staff can let you know when more are expected.
