From Age-ing to Sage-ing is a series of three gatherings over three months based on the book of the same name by Zalman Schacter-Shalomi and Ronald S. Miller.

The gatherings will be in the form of a Circle of Trust where we will be guided by certain principles that allow for respectful listening and opportunity for silence and contemplation.

Schachter- Shalomi claims that elders “are wisdomkeepers who have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining society’s wellbeing and safeguarding the health of our ailing planet Earth.”

About Shoalhaven Health and Arts (SHAA)

SHAA exists to enhance the capacity and agency of independently-living, older people in the Shoalhaven area through the creation and delivery of a professionally-led contemporary performance program. Such a program acknowledges the voices, stories and creativity of older people as integral to the fabric of our Shoalhaven community.

Please note that this event is a series. You are encouraged to book and attend all three sessions.
