Due to current staff shortages, we are temporarily unable to offer our one-on-one Tech services. We will continue to provide our regular 15-minute tech sessions to assist with your technology queries.

Having tech issues with any of your devices? We offer short, 10-15 minute Tech HELP sessions at our Libraries.

Sanctuary Point Library - Tuesdays 3:00PM - 4:00PM

Services NOT Provided:

  • Passport applications, banking assistance, grant submissions, PC repairs, virus removal, device setup, advice on service providers and/or plans.

To help your tech session run smoothly, please make sure you know all of your device and account passwords.

Living Connected

Living Connected is a not-for-profit community organisation that offers digital mentoring to senior citizens. Their services include regular drop-in sessions, online help via Zoom, and home visits to assist with technology. Most services are free, including the first home visit.

We’re pleased to share that Living Connected sessions will now be available regularly at our Libraries, providing even more opportunities for seniors to get support with their digital devices in a friendly and accessible environment. Tech Savvy Seniors

Tech Savvy Seniors is a digital literacy training program, funded by the NSW Government and Telstra. The program provides training sessions at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels on the use of computers, tablets, smartphones, email, social media etc.

The training is provided by the library throughout the year. Events can be found on our What's On page.

You can also access the Tech Savvy Seniors website to find lesson plans to follow along in your own time. These plans are available in English, Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Dari, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Macedonian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.

Be Connected is a national initiative empowering older Australians to thrive in the digital world. Whether you're new to technology or looking to build your confidence, Be Connected offers a wide range of free online learning resources that you can access from home or at the library.
